Return policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, Sterling Blake will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.

Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point we will ship correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.

This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.

We do not provide refunds.
